Joe Rogan Replaced In Role As Fear Factor Host, Network Opts For Hip Hop Star

Longtime UFC commentating veteran Joe Rogan is an eclectically talented individual. Rogan is the voice of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

However, the man is also a highly acclaimed stand-up comedian. Rogan runs a greatly popular podcast called the Joe Rogan Experience. He is a black belt in Taekwondo, having fought as a professional kickboxer for a short time.

Rogan also earned a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu’s Eddie Bravo. Beyond all of that, Rogan was once also a television show host.

Rogan hosted his own show for a short time, Joe Rogan Questions Everything. However, the UFC cage side commentator is perhaps most famous for his role as the host of the highly popular reality television show Fear Factor.

The show was cancelled in 2011, before being cancelled again shortly after its revival in 2012. Now the popular series is back at it, as the show was rebooted in 2017.

However, Rogan will no longer be filling the role of host for the show. Rather, hip hop star and actor Ludacris will act as the new host of the popular show.
