UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor has not always been the “Notorious” we all know now. At one point, the MMA superstar could not afford to use a walkout song for a fight.
Music producer Mikey Rukus posted a conversation he had with “Notorious” about mixing him a walkout song. Rukus offered the service for $250, but McGregor claimed that was a bit “heavy” for him at the moment.
It’s hard to imagine the man most recently published on GQ as having financial woes, but McGregor has certainly made strides in his career going forward.
Check out this very dated conversation that’s now gone public from when Conor McGregor had no money.

Of course nowadays, McGregor is the most paid MMA Fighter in the sport’s history. He earned an estimated $100 Million dollars for his 10th round loss to Floyd Mayweather.
