UFC superstar Conor McGregor has taken over the world of mixed martial arts. With that in mind, there was a time when “Notorious” was less bombastic with his public MMA persona. Now a video of McGregor humbly celebrating after a win early in his career has surfaced to the internet.
Conor McGregor shocked the world when he knocked out Jose Aldo for the UFC featherweight title in only 13 seconds. McGregor would then move up in weight to eventually take out Eddie Alvarez for the UFC lightweight title.
“Notorious” became the first and only UFC fighter to ever simultaneously wield multiple titles at once. Since then, McGregor has been taking a break from mixed martial arts to pursue other ventures.
Most recently, “Notorious” went toe-to-toe with Floyd Mayweather Jr. in his professional boxing debut. The UFC superstar suffered a TKO loss in the tenth round, but still walked away with the payday of his career.
In the video above, Conor McGregor can be seen giving a humble speech after earning a TKO victory over Artur Sowinski at Clash of the Giants in 2011. Check it out in the clip above.
