John Cena Doesn’t Want Conor McGregor To Join The WWE

John Cena is a WWE superstar. The professional wrestler took the promotion by storm after garnering armies worth of dedicated fans throughout his storied career in the trade.

While Cena is still locked in with the WWE, the professional wrestler has since picked up new talents as well. The WWE star is an accomplished movie actor, having landed lead roles in multiple films.

Speaking to a reporter while promoting his upcoming film Blockers, the professional wrestler offered his thoughts on the possibility of UFC superstar Conor McGregor one day making the transition to the WWE. For John Cena, the proposition may be too good for McGregor. The Irish Native may be able to muscle the WWE veteran out of his job, Cena believes.

“He would do fantastic. Hell, he would put me out of work.

“He gets the entertainment aspect of sport and I think he gets it as good, or better, than anyone else. The way he promoted the fight against Mayweather; that’s what we do. He did as good, or better, than us. I hope one day, if you’re out there watching and you want to come to WWE, he would be a fantastic WWE superstar, but again that’s out of my hands.”
