New UFC Payout Plan: 19 UFC London Fighters Make $5k Or Less

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) put on another stunning day of fights over the weekend. With the exciting fight card now in the books, the time has come to take a look at the UFC fighter payroll for the latest Reebok report.

As part of the mixed martial arts promotion’s uniform deal with Reebok, the sports apparel company compensates UFC competitors for their octagon performances. The total payouts are dictated by the number of fights each competitor has received inside the octagon, under the Zuffa era of the WEC and under the Zuffa era of Strikeforce.

Consequently, fighters with more bouts under their belts are likely to see higher pay from the UFC Athlete Outfitting Payouts.

UFC Fight Night 127 went down on Saturday, March 17, inside the O2 Arena in London, England. The main event featured a heavyweight war between former champion Fabricio Werdum and rising star Alexander Volkov.

Volkov may have earned a stunning knockout finish over the former title holder, but Werdum was the only fighter of the night to walk away with over $5,000 from the Reebok outfitting payouts.
