Having already taken over the world of mixed martial arts, former women’s UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has now moved on to a career in professional wrestling. Now a new inside look into the trailblazing fighter’s grueling training regiment has made its way onto the internet.

Ronda Rousey recently made her highly anticipated professional wrestling debut under the banner of the WWE. Now signed with the pro-wrestling titan, Rousey is set to compete in a tag team match alongside Kurt Angle against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania 34.
