Mixed martial arts can be a surprising sport. It is demanding on competitors. As fighters are required to be in top mental and physical condition in order to be able to compete at the highest levels. Even still, the sport can be rather unforgiving to those that come into the cage prepared.
In the video above, fighters Matt McCook and Caleb Williams can be seen throwing down for division dominance. The two mixed martial arts warriors put on a show for the local crowd, with the fight ending in a rather unique knockout finish.
Matt McCook was pressed against the fence by his opponent, forcing the fighter to try for a hip toss to turn the tables. However rather than his opponent flying forward, McCook went crashing face first into the canvas.
The sudden fall put McCook in a daze, causing the referee to step in a call a stop to the contest. Still, Williams celebrated the stoppage with ease.
