Mixed martial arts legend Dan Henderson has not competed inside the octagon since 2016. The 47-year-old fighting veteran has since hung up his gloves. With that in mind, it would appear that Henderson still has what it takes to grapple with one of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s active competitors.
UFC light heavyweight Sam Alvey is currently gearing up for his next big octagon performance. That being said, the mixed martial artist recently decided to attend a pool party with Dan Henderson.
The two individuals ended up having a friendly tussle on the grass, as Henderson systematically dragged Alvey to the pool and tossed himself and the fighter inside. Check it out within the video above.
Sam Alvey is currently set to face off against Gian Villante at UFC Fight Night 131. The match will take place June 1 in Utica, New York.
