Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has not competed inside the octagon since failing his drug test for UFC 214. With that in mind, the mixed martial arts phenom has now come forward over social media to assure his dedicated following of fight fans that he will return soon.
The California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) has since revoked Jones’ fighting license and fined the fighter $205,000 for the failed drug test, as this was the third time Jones had failed a drug test. Still, Jones has taken to Twitter to claim that he will be back to the octagon soon.
“Miss you guys too. no worries, times flying. Will be back before you know it. Ready to wreck someones sh*t”
