UFC welterweight Mike Perry is currently gearing up for his next big octagon performance. With that in mind, the talented knockout artist has now come forward over social media with a new idea concerning the design of the UFC’s famous octagon.
Mike Perry will be looking to bounce back from a two fight losing streak as he faces off in his next match up. The fighter suffered a unanimous decision loss to Santiago Ponzinibbio, before suffering the same fate to Max Griffin.
Now Perry is set to face off against Yancy Medeiros on the highly anticipated fight card of UFC 226. The fight goes down July 7 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
Taking to Twitter, Perry has decided to offer a proposition for the UFC concerning the composition of the octagon. Check it out below:
“I’ll say it now cuz I’ve been saying it. Someone gonna take my idea but this will be proof. Fighting octagon or circle or square. Whatever shape, the fight should take place in a bulletproof glass ring. #PlatinumPromotions No more grabbin the cage. No more blocked view @danawhite”
