It would appear that the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has locked down a series of exciting match ups for some of the promotion’s upcoming fight cards. This time around, a total of six fights had made their way onto respective UFC events for the future.
The highly anticipated fight card of UFC 226 had gained two new fights. Women’s strawweights Jamie Moyle and Emily Whitmire have each taken to social media to reveal that they are locked in for the exciting event.
Beyond that, Stuff has reported that lightweights Daniel Hooker and Gilbert Burns are also set to face off for division supremacy. UFC 226 goes down July 7 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. The event will be featured live on pay-per-view.
The UFC has officially announced a new fight for UFC 227. UFC women’s bantamweight Bethe Correia is now set to throw down with Irene Aldana for the fight night.
UFC 227 will take place Aug. 4 inside the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. The event will be featured live on pay-per-view.
As reported by MMA Fighting, UFC Fight Night 130 will also be receiving a new bout. The event is set to go down May 27 inside the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England. UFC middleweights Brad Scott and Carlo Pedersoli Jr. are now locked in to fight for the Liverpool crowd.
As reported by MMA Fighting, UFC Fight Night 133 will now see featherweights Rick Glenn and Dennis Burmudez face off inside the octagon. The event will take place July 14 inside the CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho.
Lastly, the UFC has officially announced that lightweights Alexander Hernandez and Olivier Aubin-Mercier will throw down at UFC on FOX 30. The event will take place July 28 in Calgary, Canada.
