Former UFC heavyweight title challenger Francis Ngannou is gearing up to take on fellow knockout artist Derrick Lewis in a battle for division supremacy. With that in mind, it would appear that the former title challenger is as focused as ever.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will be hosting the highly anticipated fight card for UFC 226 on July 7 as part of International Fight Week from within the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. The event will be featured live on pay-per-view.
Featured on the night’s card, Francis Ngannou and Derrick Lewis have been locked down for a heavyweight war. Taking to Instagram, Ngannou has decided to let his fight fans know that he’s ready to take on the tough opponent.
