Colby Covington earned the UFC interim welterweight title back at UFC 225 with a unanimous decision victory over former Rafael dos Anjos. While Covington and reigning champion Tyron Woodley have yet to lock down an official date for their fight, the two mixed martial artists are holding nothing back with their trash-talk.
Speaking in a recent interview, as seen within the video provided above, Tyron Woodley revealed that he has no interest in taking it easy on his American Top Team teammate when they finally cross paths inside the octagon.
“He’s a disgrace.” Woodley said. “He’s the sh*t on the bottom of my foot when I walk through the park, that’s what he is.”
“Now he’s got my attention and he’s got me in a position where I’m kind of actually scared of what I can actually do with his mental state.” Woodley later added.
