The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is in Chicago, Illinois this week in anticipation for the promotion’s next highly anticipated fight card. With UFC 225 now only a day away, the time has come for the event’s ceremonial weigh-ins.
UFC 225 is set to take place Saturday, June 9, from within the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. The night’s headliner was initially set to see Yoel Romero take on UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker in a title fight rematch.
However, Romero missed weight for the match up by 0.2 pounds. Consequently, the UFC has since been scrambling to determine what will become of the night’s main event.
