With UFC 226 now just around the corner, fighters from the event are waking up from their training camp hiatus, and starting to promote their fights.
The stacked event goes down on July 7, and features the super-fight of the year between Daniel Cormier and Stipe Miocic in the night’s main event.
Also on the card, a bantamweight title fight in the night’s co-main event between champion Max Holloway and unbeaten challenger Brian Ortega.
The UFC’s favorite big men are returning too in Derrick Lewis vs. Francis Ngannou.
Lewis, who in my opinion is the best UFC follow on social media, started things off with a friendly joke, but it got Ngannou’s attention.
Here’s the exchange:
Me and @francis_ngannou if the fight would have happened 2 years ago ?#ripkimbo

As long as you’re the one whom goes down it’s ok for me.
