Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has made a successful transition into the world of professional wrestling. However, it would appear that the Olympic Judo medalist may have only signed on with the WWE for a single year.
Ronda Rousey made her WWE pay-per-view debut at WrestleMania 34 earlier this year, having taken out Stephanie McMahon and Triple H in a tag team match up alongside Kurt Angle. Rousey has since gone on to battle it out with Nia Jax for the RAW Women’s Championship at Money In the Bank.
Of course, Rousey went on to suffer a loss in the match up after being bashed in the back of the head by Alexa Bliss. Speaking in a recent interview, as seen within the video above, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan recently revealed that Ronda Rousey may be taking time away from the WWE after her contract ends to have children.
“I think Ronda is only signed to a one year deal.” Ric Flair said. “She wants to have kids and all that.”
