Mixed martial arts phenom Nick Newell is currently 14-1 as a professional. With that in mind, the fighter will be putting his winning streak on the line as he makes his debut on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series tonight. Now betting odds for the match have been released.
Nick Newell is locked in to headline the next installment of season 2 of the popular show, which airs live on UFC’s proprietary streaming service UFC Fight Pass. For the fight, Newell will be facing off against Alex Munoz on Tuesday, July 24.
Newell will be battling it out for a chance to earn a UFC contract. A victory is not necessarily enough to earn a contract, as the UFC president ultimately decides who gets signed.
Taking to Instagram, UFC President Dana White has come forward with the betting odds for each of the night’s competitors. Newell is entering the fight as a slight favorite at -130, as his opponent is at +110.
