The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted another exciting night of fights on Tuesday. Following the stunning event, UFC President Dana White revealed that three new fighters have made their way onto the roster of the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion.
Week six of season two’s Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series took place in Las Vegas, Nev. on Tuesday, July 24. Of the series of exciting match ups, a grand total of three fighters ultimately earning contracts within the promotion.
After the event, Dana White revealed that heavyweight Jeff Hughes, light heavyweight Jim Crute and featherweight Sodiq Yusuff have all been signed to the UFC following their victorious performances. Beyond that, lightweight Chase Hooper was not signed to the UFC. However, the fighter was added to the UFC’s “developmental program.”
As such, Hooper will now be granted access to the UFC Performance Institute.
