Hakeem Dawodu Dominates Austin Arnett In Route To A Decision Win

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is in Calgary, Canada this weekend for another exciting night of fights. This time around, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion is hosting the highly anticipated fight card for UFC on FOX 30 this Saturday, July 28.

Continuing the night’s preliminary card live on FOX, featherweights Hakeem Dawodu and Austin Arnett are battling it out for the Calgary crowd. Check out the UFC results from the exciting match up down below.

The two mixed martial artists exchanged some tough shots early in the first round. Dawodu ultimately seemed to be getting the better of his opponent in the striking.

Arnett attempted to take his opponent down multiple times, but failed to get the takedown. This was seemingly a dominant round for Dawodu.

Arnett returned in the second round with a vengeance. The fight began landing some vicious right hand straights. However, Dawodu was seemingly not interested in backing down.

Dawodu regained his composure and began to control the fight once more within the final half of the round. Yet again, Dawodu appeared to put on a dominant performance.

Dawodu pressured his opponent for much of the final round, rushing Arnett into the fence. Ultimately, this one has gone the distance.
