The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is in Las Vegas, Nev. tonight to deliver the exciting fight card for week five of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. With the exciting event now underway, the time has come to take a look at the UFC results.
Continuing the night of fights from within the UFC Training Center, bantamweights Domingo Pilarte and Vince Morales are facing off for a shot at a UFC contract.
The first round went at a furious pace. Pilarte pushed the pace for much of the fight, but was dropped within the final minute of the round. Having had a moment to recover, Pilarte managed to return the favor and drop his opponent to the canvas in the final moments of the round.
In the second round, Pilarte managed to take his opponent to the ground and take the fighter’s back. From there, Pilarte locked in a rear-naked choke and managed to choke out his opponent.
