Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is currently awaiting USADA’s hearing concerning his latest failed drug test. With that in mind, a new photo of the former title holder has revealed that Jon Jones is seemingly looking smaller than his usual self.
Jon Jones made his big octagon return back at UFC 214 following a year-long suspension for a failed drug test. For the fight, Jones knocked out heated rival Daniel Cormier for the light heavyweight title. However, the victory was short lived.
The United States Anti-Doping Agency flagged Jon Jones for a failed drug test. Consequently, Jones and stripped of his title, the knockout victory was overturned to a no contest and Daniel Cormier was reinstated as the reigning champion.
Jones’ fighting license was revoked by the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) and the fighter was fined $205,000 for the incident. That being said, USADA has yet to deem a verdict for the failed drug test.
In the meantime, Jon Jones has remained greatly active on social media. Taking to Instagram, the former champion has offered a photo of himself seemingly looking much smaller as he awaits his USADA hearing.
