When the UFC lost their co-main event last week, a featherweight title fight between Max Holloway and Brian Ortega, the promotion promoted the heavyweight fight between Francis Ngannou and Derrick Lewis.
In what was expected to be a promise of fireworks, Lewis and Ngannou instead delivered what is being called the worst fight in UFC history.
The two knock out artists entered the cage on Saturday night, but didn’t come to fight, now holding the record for the least strikes landed in a fight.
It was disappointing to say the least, and the official UFC twitter account was ready to move on.
