UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw and former title holder Cody Garbrandt are set to have a highly anticipated rematch on Saturday, Aug. 4. With that in mind, one week away from the match up, Dillashaw appears to have suffered a cut directly under his eye.
Dillashaw and Garbrandt first faced off back at UFC 217. Dillashaw earned a second round TKO victory over his opponent.
However, Dillashaw and Garbrandt are now set for a rematch in the main event of UFC 227 on Aug. 4. The event will take place within the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. and will be available live on pay-per-view.
Garbrandt and Dillashaw appeared on air during the recent UFC on FOX 30 broadcast, in which Dillashaw could be seen sporting a cut right under his eye. Check it out within the photo below.
