Former UFC middleweight champion and mixed martial arts legend Vitor Belfort is retired from the octagon. That being said, “The Phenom” enjoys keeping his hoards of dedicated fight fans up to date on his latest outings through social media.
Vitor Belfort suffered a knockout loss to fellow former champion and Brazil native Lyoto Machida in their home country back at UFC 224. Belfort announced his retired from the UFC shortly after.
Now taking to Instagram, Belfort has decided to share a video of his wife hitting the heavy bag to show why people should not mess with his family. Check it out below:
