NFL player Colin Kaepernick ignited a movement back in 2016 when the athlete elected to remain kneeling during the singing of the United States national anthem. That being said, interim UFC welterweight champion Colby Covington now a few words for any other NFL players or athletes that desire to follow in Kaepernick’s proverbial footsteps.
Taking to Twitter, Colby Covington has decided to voice his thoughts on the movement. The professional fighter is now threatening to “slap” any that kneel during the national anthem.
