Nate Diaz has reportedly been locked in to face Dustin Poirier for his big octagon return. After two years outside of the octagon, the Stockton native is now set to face Poirier in the co-main event of UFC 230 on Nov. 3 in Madison Square Garden in New York, live on pay-per-view.
Diaz and Poirier were present for the UFC 25th Anniversary Press Conference on Friday, Aug. 3, to promote the fight. During the announcement of Conor McGregor vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov for UFC 229, Diaz walked out of the presser.
The Stockton native later turned to Twitter to reveal that he is seemingly calling off the Dustin Poirier fight.
