UFC bantamweight Sean O’Malley first gained attention from fight fans on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. However, it would now appear that the talented mixed martial artist has locked down his next big octagon performance.
Speaking ESPN’s Ariel Helwani MMA Show, Sean O’Malley revealed that he is now set to fight Jose Quinonez on the undercard of UFC 229. UFC 229 will take place Oct. 6 from within the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
The event will be featured live on pay-per-view and is set to feature a series of exciting match ups. Headlining the night’s event, Conor McGregor will be taking on undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
