The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is always on the lookout for new and exciting match ups to lock down. With that in mind, it would appear that the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion has now scheduled three new bouts for the highly anticipated fight card of UFC 228.
UFC 228 will take place Sept. 8 in Dallas, Texas. The event will be featured live on pay-per-view for fight fans around the world.
Headlining the night’s card, UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley will face off against rising challenger Darren Till. During the recent UFC 227 broadcast, the UFC made three new fights official for the exciting card.
Valentina Shevchnko will be challenging UFC women’s flyweight champion Nicco Montano for her title in the night’s co-main event. Meanwhile, UFC women’s strawweight Jessica Andrade will face Karolina Kowalkiewicz on the main card.
Also on the main card, Carla Esparza will fight Tatiana Suarez and Yair Rodriguez will face Zabit Magomedsharipov.
