Boxing phenom Canelo Alvarez is now set to once again challenge Gennady Golovkin inside the squared circle. With the bout now only a day away, Alvarez has come forward with his prediction for the bout.
Alvarez and “GGG” first faced off back in 2017. The bout went the distance, ultimately ending in a highly controversial majority draw.
A rematch between the two pugilist was initially scheduled for May 5, 2018. However, the bout was cancelled after Canelo Alvarez failed a drug test.
The match is now back on for Sept. 15 from within the illustrious T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. The event will be featured live on pay-per-view via HBO.
Speaking to TMZ Sports, Canelo Alvarez has since come forward to predict that he will knock out Golovkin within the first round. Check it out within the video below.
