Former ONE Championship welterweight title holder Ben Askren is now close to landing a fight contract with the UFC. Since then, the undefeated fighter has entered a heated argument with former UFC welterweight title holder Darren Till.

The UFC is currently attempting to trade former UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson for Ben Askren. Negotiations between the UFC and ONE Championship have yet to be finalized, but are reportedly coming close to a deal.
Taking to Twitter, Ben Askren has since gone on to call out Darren Till to a fight.

The Liverpool native quickly fired back with a pair of heated messages.
