UFC megastar Conor McGregor has landed some lucrative sponsorships over the years. From a deal with fast food titan Burger King to releasing his own brand of “Proper 12” Irish whiskey, “Notorious” has certainly made his fair share of profits outside of the octagon.
The Ireland native is now set to make his return to the octagon. The former two-division champion will face Khabib Nurmagomedov for the UFC lightweight title on Saturday, Oct. 6, for the main event of UFC 229.
ESPN’s Ariel Helwani has since reported that Conor McGregor has now struck a new promotional deal with Monster Energy. Monster Energy representative Hans Molenkamp informed ESPN that the one-year deal will make Conor McGregor millions and that the deal is on a similar level to the likes of Tiger Woods.
