Following CM Punk’s popular run in the UFC, other celebrities have begun voicing interests in jumping inside the octagon. With that in mind, reigning UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley believes YouTube sensation Logan Paul will find his way onto the UFC roster.
UFC News
Logan Paul is an internet celebrity with over 18 million subscribers on YouTube. The internet sensation made his professional boxing debut earlier this year against fellow YouTube star KSI, with the bout ultimately ending in a majority draw.
Still, the YouTube featured live pay-per-view for the event hit an estimated staggering total of 784,000 purchases at a $10 price point. Speaking on TMZ Sports’ The Hollywood Beatdown, UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley has come forward to point out that he believes Logan Paul’s high school wrestling background and minimal boxing experience may be enough to earn the celebrity a shot in the UFC considering CM Punk’s 0-2 affair with the promotion.
Tyron Woodley even went as far as to claim, “Mark my words, Logan Paul will fight in the UFC.”
