UFC’s Parent Company Pulls Out Of Massive Nine Figure Deal

Endeavor, the talent agency conglomerate and parent company to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), was initially set to do quite a bit of business with the government of Saudi Arabia. However, it would appear that things have since changed.

There have recently been reports that the government murdered and dismembered a journalist within the Saudi consulate in Turkey. The Saudi government was initially set to take a 5-10% stake with Endeavor through a wealth fund worth an estimate $400 million.

As reported by Bloody Elbow, the company has since pulled out of the business deal.

“I personally am really concerned about it. We’re monitoring the situation and that’s legally all I can say right now. It’s very, very concerning, really concerning. It’s upsetting.” CEO Ari Emanuel said concerning the incident.
