Former ONE welterweight champion Ben Askren has now been signed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Now dated footage from Askren’s training with a former UFC fighter has made its way to the internet.

Ben Askren has been officially traded to the UFC roster in exchange for former UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson joining ONE Championship. Now footage of undefeated Ben Askren rolling with former UFC fighter and U.S. Special Forces member Tim Kennedy.
Within the video provided above, Askren and Kennedy can be seen wrestling together. Kennedy seemingly got the better of his opponent for much of the exchange, with Askren having largely been on the defensive during the grappling match.
