Two-division UFC champion Daniel Cormier takes the Madden NFL video game series quite seriously. Now D.C. has decided to challenge former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman to a game with some serious financial consequences.

Daniel Cormier is set to headline UFC 230 on Saturday in a battle against Derrick Lewis. Meanwhile, Chris Weidman will face off against Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza in the co-main event of the night.
Cormier and Weidman recently crossed paths while doing media ahead of their respective match ups. During the moment, Cormier decided to challenge Weidman to a game of Madden. However, D.C. decided to bet $1,000 for every touchdown Weidman could score on him.
