Speaking to media in a recent interview, as seen within the video provided down below, Yair Rodriguez revealed that “drama” played a large role in his decision to leave the training camp.
“There’s a lot going on there. They have a lot of fighters and a lot of drama. I love everybody there, but I don’t like drama. I am a really private guy. I don’t like to be out there too much, to be involved in drama and stuff like that.”
UFC welterweight Donald Cerrone is another fighter to have recently left the training camp. Now Cerrone is set to co-headline UFC Fight Night 139 against Mike Perry. Meanwhile, Yair Rodriguez will face Chan Sung Jung in the night’s main event.
