It has been reported that UFC superstar Nate Diaz and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) are in talks concerning the Stockton native’s possible octagon return. Now a new report claims that Diaz’s potential opponent has been narrowed down to a few choice competitors.
Nate Diaz has not competed inside the octagon since his two fight rivalry with UFC megastar Conor McGregor. That being said, Diaz recently hinted to making a possible return to the octagon.
Now middleeasy.com, a news source long associated with the Nate and Nick Diaz camp, has come forward to report a recent rumor on the matter. It would appear that Diaz may be targeted for a fight against Kevin Lee, Justin Gaethje or Eddie Alvarez.
Check out the original rumor report below:
“Nate Diaz’s next fight appears to be coming in late summer. Rumor is Justin Gaethje, Eddie Alvarez, Kevin Lee and two possible title fights have been tossed about as ideas by the UFC. Don’t be surprised if Khabib Nurmagomedov or Tyron Woodley also make a run at a Diaz money fight.”
