UFC superstar Nick Diaz was released from his USADA enforced suspension for an anti-doping policy violation on April 19, 2018. With that in mind, the mixed martial arts veteran has now allegedly been arrested by Las Vegas police.
Nickolas R. Diaz of Stockton, Calif. was arrested on May 25 by Las Vegas police. The 34-year-old is facing a charge of domestic battery by strangulation and a separate charge of domestic battery.
Diaz’s bail has been set to $15,000 and $3,000 for the two charges. The individual is due back in court May 26, 2018. All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
