Georges St-Pierre has not competed inside the octagon since vacating his UFC middleweight title due to a debilitating case of colitis. That being said, it would appear that the former two-division UFC champion now has his sights set on new opponents.
Taking to Twitter, Herald Sun Sport’s Alex Oates has come forward to report that St-Pierre is targeting a possible fight with Anderson Silva. However, the French-Canadian is also considering other possibilities.
“Spoke to @GeorgesStPierre. He confirmed he had been offered a fight with @NateDiaz209 but declined it, saying he had “nothing to gain from that fight”. GSP is also weighing up a super fight with @SpiderAnderson, but he has a bigger fight in mind. All will be revealed soon. @ufc”
