UFC women’s flyweight champion Nicco Montano is currently set to throw down with former women’s bantamweight title challenger Valentina Shevchenko. With that in mind, Montano believes she may get a double finish over her opponent in the upcoming match up.
Montano and Shevchenko are set to fight in the co-main event of UFC 228. The live pay-per-view event will take place Oct. 6.
Speaking on the recent UFC 228 media conference call, Nicco Montano offered her thoughts on the fight.
“I’m going to win. I’ll probably get a submission and get a knockout at the same time. It’s about heart and will and sacrifices and I’ve made them all.”
