UFC megastar Conor McGregor is now preparing for his massive octagon return. With the Ireland native set to challenge undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov for his title, many fight fans are curious as to how McGregor will fair against the champion’s wrestling.
Nurmagomedov has never lost a single round in his extremely dominant and undefeated mixed martial arts career, having earned 26 victories as a professional fighter. The Dagestan native is known for his Sambo wrestling background and massive success on the ground as a UFC fighter.
Now “The Eagle” and Conor McGregor will fight for the UFC lightweight title in the main event of UFC 229. The event will take place Oct. 6 from within the illustrious T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
