On Sunday, MMA legend Urijah Faber is expected to make his debut for Chael Sonnen’s Submission Underground.
On May 26, at Submission Underground 4, Faber is expected to compete in a grappling match against Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Paulo Miyao.
On Tuesday, Faber’s official promotional video for SUB4 was released.
“My jiu-jitsu style is definitely aggressive. It’s explosive, but it’s also very methodical,” Faber said in preparation for his match.
Faber retired from MMA last year. In December, he defeated Brad Pickett in his hometown of Sacramento, California. Despite retiring from MMA, Faber is far from done competing.
“There is nothing I’d rather be recognized as than being the baddest dude,” Faber said. “I’m not done yet. I’m just getting started.”
SUB4 takes place May 14 in Portland, Oregon. The event can be watched live at FloGrappling.com.
