UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor is unlike any opponent Floyd “Money” Mayweather has ever faced before.
Next month, Mayweather is coming out of retirement to fight McGregor, who will be making his professional boxing debut.
Last week, McGregor and Mayweather participated in a world press tour to promote their upcoming fight.
During the press tour, Leonard Ellerbe, the CEO of Mayweather Promotions, talked about what makes McGregor special.
“I ain’t never seen anybody do this before, and he’s very good at it. I don’t call it trash talking. I just think he’s being who he is. He’s a loud mouth guy who is very confident,” Ellerbe said about the UFC champion.
“I like what he does. He can talk the talk, and you see when he gets in there. Those guys fall out. They fall out and they’re very good fighters that he’s fighting.”
Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
