Dana White is perhaps argued as one of the best promoters in combat sports today. That being said, MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani may have just showed up the UFC President.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is gearing up for another exciting night of fights. This time, the mixed martial arts promotion is preparing for UFC on FOX 26. In the night’s main event, former champion Robbie Lawler will be taking on fellow former champion Rafael dos Anjos. The event goes down Dec. 16 in Winnipeg, Canada.
With the fight growing near, the UFC is in full swing for promoting the event. That in mind, MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani has decided to give it a shot himself.
In the video above, Helwani can be seen doing his own rendition of a promotion for the UFC’s return to Canada. Of course, this was not Helwani’s first attempt at promoting a UFC fight. The reporter also offered his rendition of a promotion for UFC 217, which is set to see the long awaited return of former welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre.
