Since defending her UFC Women’s Strawweight Championship at “UFC 205” on the grandest stage of them all in Madison Square Garden, Joanna Jedrzejczyk has been training with some of the world’s best fighters for her next defense. There have been mysteries as to who her opponent would be and where this championship fight would take place, but all that mystery is gone as her next fight has been confirmed by ESPN’s Brett Okamoto.
Jedrzejczyk will be defending her belt against Jessica Andrade at UFC 211 in Dallas, Texas. UFC 211 takes place at the American Airlines Center on May 13, 2017 and will also feature a heavyweight showdown between champion Stipe Miocic and challenger Junior dos Santos.
