Former WWE Superstar CM Punk has been working hard to make his transition to becoming a UFC fighter for a few years now. It was December of 2014 that the UFC announced Punk’s intention to become a full time professional fighter with the worlds premiere mixed martial arts promotion.

In September of 2016, Punk finally stepped into the octagon, but definitely didn’t have the debut he’d hoped for. It took his opponent Mickey Gall only two minutes to finish off the former WWE champion which had fans questioning his decision to fight even more.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is friends with CM Punk from their time in the WWE and decided to remind Punk that his legion of wrestling fans still love him during yesterday’s edition of “Monday Night Raw” at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
