Losing Fighter FLIPS OUT Following Worst Referee Mistake In MMA History

MMA warriors Youssef Wehbe and Jorge Patino threw down at the inaugural Battlefield FC event over the weekend. The fight was going well, until it wasn’t.

Unfortunately for Wehbe, the fight ended quite abruptly. Patino took his opponent to the mat and was attempting to lock in a submission. While Wehbe was attempting to break from the position, the referee stepped in and stopped the fight, perhaps a little prematurely.

Unsatisfied with the stoppage, Wehbe stormed across the ring, cursing a and yelling all the while. He did not join his opponent for the final decision.

This was not the first piece of drama to overcome the Battlefield FC event, as it was recently revealed that the promotion may have paid its fighters in IOUs.
