Ultimate Fighting Championship’s heavyweight division may be one of the more competitive weight classes in the promotion as everybody in the top ten has a puncher’s chance of winning the title. Reports have been circulating about the weight class’ next big bout being signed, but Stefan Struve was quick to squash those rumors.
It was reported and rumored that Struve would be the next challenge for Francis Ngannou in Sweden on the 28th, however, Struve revealed that he is still recovering from shoulder surgery and would not be ready to fight at that time:
Just to end these rumors right away, me and @francisngannou aren't fighting in Sweden may 28th. I'm still recovering from shoulder surgery. pic.twitter.com/HaxLQ0R5ld
