“I’ve met [Floyd] Mayweather. I’ve obviously met Conor McGregor several times. Mayweather is not a big dude, man. I’ve shaken his hands. He has tiny hands…”
Ultimate Fighting Championship’s biggest star in Conor McGregor has conquered the octagon in the featherweight and lightweight divisions. Now, he has his sights set on the boxing ring and being the only blemish on Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s impressive undefeated record if they collide in a cross-sport super fight.
While one of the biggest obstacles in Dana White has stepped aside, there are still several hoops and bounds for McGregor to leap through in preparation for this bout. Mayweather is obviously the smaller fighter and UFC analyst Kenny Florian believes he will use that to his advantage, forcing Conor to cut more weight than he usually would for a lightweight bout in the UFC.
