One of the biggest feuds Ultimate Fighting Championship could put in the forefront is getting the spotlight it deserves as UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody “No Love” Garbrandt steps into the octagon to defend his strap against challenger TJ Dillashaw.
Before the two get to settle their rivalry inside the octagon at the co-main event of “UFC 213”, however, they will be forced to coach opposite of each other for the next several weeks in the twenty-fifth season of “The Ultimate Fighter”.
The season kicked off with a bang when Garbrandt and Dillashaw went face to face in the locker room vestibule in the season premier. The two talked a lot of trash and Garbrandt responded to one of Dillashaw’s verbal insults by grabbing his throat, resulting in a pull apart brawl.
Dillashaw was quick to defuse any type of physical tension the next day on his social media account, hoping to get fans on his side by saying that violence was not the answer. Garbrandt fired back with a simple response which you can view below:
There is a place for everything. Can't solve all disagreements or get what you want with violence. #doesntsolveproblems pic.twitter.com/AoaRmCDfHo
